3. How can I get the steps to set up a custom domain? here

What are the minimum requirements for setting up a custom domain for my Zenler site?

a. A domain name purchased from a domain host (Namecheap, Bluehost, Google Domains, GoDaddy, etc.)

b. A paid Zenler plan

Currently we do not provide an option to purchase a domain name through Zenler.

How to access my custom domain without the www prefix? Ex. your-site.com instead of www.your-site.com?

a. first follow these steps to create a CNAME record using www.

b. Then create a forwarding/redirecting rule from your-site.com to www.your-site.com in your domain host's dashboard. You can create a 301 redirect in your domain host that points your-site.com to www.your-site.com. After this anyone can just type your-site.com and they will be automatically taken to www.your-site.com.

Or set up a Root Domain your-site.com as a custom domain is given in the link below.

My custom domain is not working even though I have created the CNAME record?

Changes to your CNAME record can take 24 hours to propagate. Make sure to test your CNAME record for any errors.

If you’re still having issues, you can contact your domain host.

My domain host is asking for an IP address to set up my custom domain. Where can I find the IP address?

Since we use AWS servers, our IP addresses may change periodically, so we are unable to provide an IP address. This is why a CNAME record is required (rather than an A record, MX record, etc.)
