To simplify the handling of webhooks, we recommend a service called Zapier.
Zapier integrates with almost all marketing, and auto-responder providers available.

One example is sending the new live webinar registration information to Gmail via Zapier.

Step 1: Log in to your Zapier account. Click on the "Create Zap" button to create a Zap.

Step 2: Choose the "Zenler" app from the app list.

Step 3: Choose the Trigger "New Live Webinar Registration" from the trigger list.

Step 4: Connect your Zenler account.

While connecting a new account, you have to submit the API key and Subdomain of your Zenler account in the form.

Then click "Yes, Continue".

Step 5: In this step, click "Test trigger".
Zapier will help you to continue testing the integration.

It will show sample data or the last live webinar registration details like this.

Here you can proceed by just clicking "Continue".

Step 6: Now your trigger step is finished and you need to set up the action step.

Choose an "Action app" from Zapier that can hold a trigger from your Zenler school

(we are choosing Gmail in this example).

Step 7: Select an action event from the list of actions that Gmail provided (we are choosing to Send email in this example).

Click "Continue" to proceed.

Step 8: Select a Gmail account or add a new one to handle the trigger.

Then you can click on the "Continue" button and connect your Gmail account with your Zapier account.

Step 9: Fill in the fields to create a Zap between "Zenler" and "Gmail".
You can also eliminate the optional information.

Step 10: Choose the details that you want to receive on Gmail while a student registers for a live webinar in your Zenler School in your email body content.
You can draft your own mail content using these values.

Then click "Continue".

Step 11: Click "Test & Continue" Zapier will help you to continue with the testing of the integration.

Step 12: You have successfully created a Zap. Now you can turn on the Zap in this step.
When you turn on the app, it works every time when a new user registers for your Zenler live webinar.

It will then send an email, as you have configured it.
