How to integrate ‘Course Complete’ details with Gmail via Zapier?

To simplify the handling of webhooks, we recommend a service called Zapier. Zapier integrates with almost all marketing, and auto-responder providers available.

One example is Sending the Course Complete information to Gmail via Zapier.

Step 1: Log in to your Zapier account. Click on the ‘Make a Zap’ button to create a Zap.

Step 2: Choose the ‘Zenler’ app from the app list.

Step 3: Choose Trigger ‘Course Complete’ from the trigger list.

Step 4: Connect your New Zenler account. 

While connecting a new account, you have to submit the API key and Subdomain of your New Zenler account in the form.

Then click ‘Yes, Continue’.

Click ‘CONTINUE’.’

Step 5: In this step, click ‘TEST & CONTINUE’. Zapier will help you to continue with the testing of the successful integration.

If you clicked ‘TEST & REVIEW’, It will show sample data or the last course completion details in your school like this:

Here you can proceed by just clicking ‘Done Editing’.

Step 6: Now your trigger step is finished and you need to set up the action step. Add an action step. 

Choose an ‘Action App’ from Zapier that can hold a trigger from your New Zenler school.

Step 7: Select ‘Gmail Action’ to be carried out as a result of the Trigger. And Select a Gmail action from the dropdown list.

Step 8: Select a ‘Gmail Account’ to handle the trigger.

Then you can click on the CONTINUE button and connect your Gmail account with your Zapier account. 

Step 9: Fill the fields to create a Zap between ‘New Zenler’ and ‘Gmail’; you can also eliminate the optional information.

Step 10: Choose the student details that you want to receive on Gmail while a student completes a course in your Zenler School.

Then continue.

Step 11: In the next step the Zapier will help you to continue with the testing of the successful integration.

Step 12: Then click on ‘TEST & CONTINUE’ to proceed.

You will be able to receive a mail with Course completion details in your Gmail account.

You have successfully created a Zap. Now you can turn on the zap with a new name.
