First, go to 'Courses' and open the specific 'Course'.

Within the course, proceed to the 'Automation' tab.

Through this automation, you can effortlessly create automated emails and other actions triggered by specific events. A set of 'Automation Rules' is at your disposal to automatically send emails to students upon enrolling in a course.

You can customize automation rules and establish multiple emails, each tied to distinct trigger events. To gain a deeper understanding of automation, make sure to reference the 'Support Documents' outlining the various types of automation rules you can create.

The range of actions that can be initiated includes sending out emails. Additionally, you can assign tags to students and utilize webhooks. Content can be gradually delivered over days, hours, or specific dates following a trigger event. For instance, when an individual enrolls in or completes a course, the corresponding action can be triggered. This feature is essential for effective onboarding, engagement, nurturing, and upselling.
