To access WYSIWYG editor, go 'Courses' and select desired 'Course'.

Next, go to 'Automation' and click one of the 'Automation Rules' to open. In this case, we click 'Enrol Email Sequence'.

The 'Enrol Email Sequence' is open now, just click 'Edit Automation Rules'.

For this demonstration, click on 'Send Email - Enrolled Email'. On the right-hand side, you will see the content of this action. Scroll down to view the 'Mail Subject & Content'.

Both, 'Mail Subject' & 'Mail Content' are customizable, providing you the freedom to compose your message and integrate automated or dynamic content from personalization.

To Personalize 'Mail Subject', click 'Personalize' and select one of the options: first_name, last_name, and full_name followed by content tailored to your needs.

Include emojis for added visual appeal. To find emojis, you can visit websites like 'Get Emoji', then copy & paste. Make it stand out in recipients' mailboxes.

In the 'Mail Content' you have access to the 'WYSIWYG/Text Editor' for crafting email automation.

Starting from the beginning, we'll explore each tab to showcase its uses. Let's begin:

'HTML'. If you're not familiar with HTML coding, it's best to avoid this option. The HTML tag displays the actual HTML code for your email. If you work with code or develop websites, you can add your own HTML.

'Formatting'. This is useful for styling content, including headings, subheadings, and body text. As an example, let's format a line as the course title. After writing the text, select it and access the format options. Choose an appropriate heading size, such as 'Heading 1'.

You can emphasize text by making it 'Bold' or 'Italic'.

Creating 'Strikethrough' is also possible.

If an action is applied to text (indicated by light grey shading), you can click it to remove the formatting.

'Lists' aid in organizing content. To create lists, select text and use the list button. Choose between ordered (numbers) or unordered (bullets) lists.

Adding 'Images' requires proper sizing to prevent email issues. You can choose images from your library or upload your own.

Always add Alt tags for accessibility or optional captions. To do so, click the image, edit/delete option comes up. Click 'Edit'.

Here, you can add 'Alt', 'Caption', and 'Position' to the image (left, centre, right) & add 'Link' (open link in new tab). Click 'Save'.

You can also resize the image by dragging the corner arrow of the image

While 'Tables' can be added, exercise caution as email formatting may become unpredictable. Nevertheless, you can 'Insert Table' and adjust rows and columns as needed, including the addition of text and images within the table (as already shown earlier).

Include 'Links' in your email for users to access external content. Highlight the text "enrolling" & click the 'Link' tab & select 'Insert Link'.

Insert the 'URL' that you want to share, and if you wish, select 'Open link in new tab'. Then, click 'Insert'.

Now, the link has been added to the text "enrolling" in blue.

To change the 'Text Color', 'Size' or 'Font' highlight the text you want to modify and click one of these options.

'Alignment' controls text positioning. Highlight all the text in the mail content, click 'Align' tab: select 'Align Left', 'Align Center', 'Align Right' or 'Align Justify'.

Be mindful of lists as they may not align correctly.

The 'Full Screen' option provides more space for editing. Click the button again to exit full-screen mode.

Lastly, 'Personalize' enables dynamic content insertion. Predefined fields like 'first_name', 'last_name', 'email', and more enhance the personalization.

Ensure emails comply with GDPR rules by including an 'unsubscribe_link' & optionally 'mailing_address' as well. Failure to do so could prevent email sending. If deleted, an error message will occur "Email content must contain unsubscribe link!"

Please note that you can 'Send test mail' to yourself for quality assurance. Simply enter your email address and click 'Send Test'.

Verify formatting, style, and functionality before clicking 'Save Changes' and making the email live. While the 'Preview' option is available, sending a test email is crucial.
