Go to 'Email Broadcasts' If you have already started running campaigns, you will be presented with an 'Overview' tab at the top.
Here, you can find information such as the number of emails 'Delivered', 'Opened', 'Clicked', 'Unsubscribed', 'Bounced' & 'Open Rates'. These statistics apply to all the emails you have sent.
You can 'Find a Broadcast' by typing its name in the search bar or filter your emails by whether it is a 'Draft', 'Scheduled', 'Processing', 'Sent', 'Failed', or 'All'.
Each broadcast will provide campaign-specific information such as the number of emails delivered, opened, clicked, unsubscribed, and bounced.
You have the option to access the 'Detail View' for more in-depth information, 'Clone' the broadcast for reuse, or 'Delete' it if needed.
By clicking on 'Detail View,' it opens up the report for that specific email. You can see the time it was sent and information about all the recipients, including their actions such as opens, clicks, or unsubscribes. Within this view, you can also perform searches to filter people based on whether the email was delivered, opened, clicked, not opened, not clicked, unsubscribed, or bounced.
If you click 'View Details' you can preview the content of the email you sent out.
The content of the email is displayed.
If you click 'Export', the data and reports for these email broadcasts will be downloaded as a 'CSV File' in the left-hand corner of the screen.
This allows you to have a copy of the email broadcast data for further analysis or record-keeping purposes.
