If you wish a creation date to be added to your published blog posts, go to Sites, Blogs, and then go into Settings.

Scroll down and enable Show Post Created Date. Please note, this will apply to all posts in your blog. Then click Update.

Refresh the blog post.

And now you will have a date enabled. Please note, you can turn this on and off as you wish.
