The Zenler Free Trial allows you to explore the platform, build your courses, and test core features before upgrading to a paid plan. Below is a detailed breakdown of what’s included in the trial, what happens after it ends, and how you can upgrade or cancel your plan.

Fill in your signup details

You will be asked to enter the following:

  • First Name: This will be the first part of your site address.
    For example, if you enter “mysite”, your site URL will be: mysite.newzenler.com

  • Last Name: Your last name.

  • Email: This will be your login email.

Confirm the CAPTCHA verification. The option to receive product and promotional emails is optional.

Then click the “Sign Up” button.

  • After completing the basic signup, you will be redirected to the trial activation page.

Enter the following card details:

  • Card Number

  • Expiry Date

  • CVC

Click on “Start Your Free Trial.” You will be redirected to the Thank You page. Click Continue to proceed.

On the next page, you will be asked to complete your registration by setting a password and updating your First Name and Last Name. Click Submit.

After you click Submit, the next page will display the message:

“Please verify your email to access your site.”

You will then receive an email verification message at your registered email ID.

Open the email and click on the button Verify Your Email.

After verifying your email, you will see a confirmation message such as “Verified your email successfully.”

Simply click the button “Go to Dashboard” to access your account.

How to activate a paid plan before your trial ends?

To continue using all Plan features before your trial ends:

  1. Log in to your Zenler account.

  2. Go to Dashboard → My Account → Upgrade

  3. Click on Activate Current Plan.

  1. Choose your billing cycle using the toggle option.

  2. Select the plan you want to upgrade to.

  3. Click Upgrade. (Upgrade before your trial ends to maintain uninterrupted access to plan features.)

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE 30-DAY TRIAL ENDS

If You Do Not Cancel or Upgrade:

  • Your trial will automatically end after 30 days.

  • The card added during signup will be charged for the plan you selected when starting the trial.

If You Cancel Before Day 30:

  • You will not be charged.

  • All Plan features will be removed once the trial expires.

After Expiration:

  • Access to all Plan features will be disabled.

  • Your site and content will remain intact, but in a restricted state.

How to Cancel Before Trial Ends

To avoid being charged, cancel your trial before the 30-day period ends:

  1. Log in to your NewZenler account

  2. Go to Dashboard → My Account → Upgrade

  3. Click Cancel Plan
