Branching allows you to customize the question flow based on user responses, enabling the creation of personalized paths tailored to different scenarios.

Branching in Quiz

To enable branching in a quiz, navigate to the quiz editor. In the top-right corner, you will find an option to allow branching. Alternatively, branching can also be enabled through the Advanced settings within the quiz configuration panel.

With branching, users can customize the question flow based on responses in three ways:

  • Direct to the next question

  • End the quiz

  • Jump to a specific question

If questions are organized into groups, you can also direct users to specific groups as part of the branching logic.

Note: Some features are not compatible with branching. The Timer and Randomize Questions settings will be disabled, even if previously enabled. Additionally, all questions will be treated as mandatory.

Branching in Survey and Survey Funnel

Branching for surveys can be enabled in the same way as for quizzes. To do this, open the Survey in the editor and locate the branching option in the top-right corner.

You can find the Enable Branching option under Survey Settings within the Survey configuration panel.

Similar to quizzes, branching in surveys allows users to customize the question flow based on responses in three ways:

  • Direct to the next question

  • Direct to a specific result page

  • Jump to a specific question

In Surveys, users can add a custom link to the result page, allowing respondents to be redirected to a specific page upon completing the survey. This feature can be enabled or disabled as needed.

In Surveys, users have the option to add multiple result pages.
This is possible by clicking the Add button.

This enables redirection to different result pages based on users' responses, using branching logic. Please note that at least one result page is required.
