Navigate to the Marketing Funnel tab and select 'All Funnels'. Then, click on 'Create New Funnel' and choose 'Survey Funnel' as shown in the image.

Proceed by clicking Next, and provide a name for your funnel.

Click Next, choose a theme, and then click the Finish button.

Navigate to the Survey tab and click the Edit Survey button. This will open the survey section where you can make changes.
Within the Survey section, you can add questions and customize the Welcome, Opt-in, and Result pages. Clicking on any of these will take you to their respective editor pages.
The Survey Funnel supports branching logic, enabling you to route customers to specific result pages according to their responses. You can create and configure multiple result pages to serve as distinct branching outcomes.
Within the Result page, you have the option to redirect users to a specific URL or display a pop-up. To configure this behavior, open the editor for the result page and adjust the settings for the download button.
Funnel Steps
Under 'Funnel Steps', all the funnel pages will be displayed, including the result pages added from the survey pages. To edit any page, simply click the 'Edit' button for that page, which will take you to the editor section. Additionally, to add extra result pages, you can navigate to the survey page using the hyperlink at the bottom.
Automation
In the Automation section, you can set up workflows based on the result page a user receives after submitting a survey, as well as trigger emails upon subscription.
To configure automation based on survey results:
Navigate to the Automation section.
Click Add Rules and select onSurveyResult as the trigger.
In the Edit Rule section, select the appropriate result page under the result condition.
Define the action you want to trigger based on the selected result.
Report
To access the reports of the survey attended by a user, navigate to Reports, then click on the Funnel section. From there, you can filter the reports based on the desired time duration.
To view the results page obtained for each user, navigate to the detailed report and click on 'Attendee Details
